Rim Country Health is situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborood located in the heart of Payson, Arizona. Our six acre campus is made up of two separate buildings. With 109 beds, the Rim Country Health side offers a full spectrum of skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, inpatient and outpatient therapy and behavior management. The meals are cooked fresh every day and creative activities abound for all that reside there. Across the landscaped parking lot is the second building, where our senior apartments, DaVita Dialysis, a large community room and some office spaces surround a beautifully landscaped courtyard.

Locally owned and operated, as part of the Diamond Care Health Network, Rim Country Health is dedicated to not only providing top-quality healthcare; but to being involved in our rural community by providing free services and educational seminars as well as being a resource for anyone in need of guidance or reassurance.
